Error: "Mail Merge Open Data Source command is not available because document window is not active" when exporting to Word

The "Mail Merge Open Data Source command is not available because document window is not active" message appears when exporting client details to Microsoft Word 2010.

Accountants Office users who have Microsoft Office 2010 installed may experience a "Mail Merge Open Data Source command is not available because document window is not active" error when exporting client details or performing a Mail Merge to Word 2010.
