In MYOB Practice Manager (PM) you may find that the date format appears in US format being mm/dd/yyyy, rather than dd/mm/yyyy when previewing invoices

This issue can occur on Windows 10 workstations.

To resolve this issue you need to check the Regional settings on the affected workstation and refer to Error: "Timesheet Constructor Error: String is not recognised as a valid DateTime"

If you are using MS Office 2016, you will also need to check the default editing language in Word via File > Options > Language. The default should be set to English (Australia) or English (New Zealand) & you may need to remove the entry for English (United States) before the default setting is applied. Close and re-open MS Word and then preview another invoice. The invoice date should now appear as dd/mm/yyyy.
