This support note applies to:
- AE Practice Manager (NZ)
- AE Practice Manager (AU)
You may find when accessing Practice Manager that some of the menu icons are missing for example, the Timesheet and Debtors icon.
To resolve, run an uninstall and re-install of the client on the affected workstation.

If the issue persists please call support and quote KB 34799.

If KB 37087 does not resolve, you may need to do a 'repair' of the AE PM server install selecting Configure Database during install.
