New employee unable to create a Timesheet
This support note applies to:
- AE Practice Manager (NZ)
- AE Practice Manager (AU)
In MYOB Accountants Enterprise Practice Manager (AE PM) you may find a newly created employee is unable to create a Timesheet as the drop-down list of dates appears blank.
To resolve this issue you need to ensure that the employee is set up for the correct Time Processing Category. For example Daily. Once this is done, click the Timesheet icon to check the timesheet screen opens and the employee can add / enter a timesheet line.
You may need to close and re-open AEPM to refresh the settings to gain access to the Timesheet screen.
