PP Averaging calculation incorrectly appears on tax estimate

This support note applies to:

• AO Tax (AU)
• AE Tax Series 6 & 8 (AU)
• AE Tax (AU)

In MYOB Accountants Enterprise (AE) and Accountants Office (AO), you might see zero dollars in Primary Production (PP) Averaging field in the tax estimate even if the PP Averaging amount has been deleted in Return Properties. This issue may also occur where a PP Averaging value has been rolled forward from the prior year, then deleted in the current year tax return.

This issue occurs for 2017, 2018 and 2019 Individual income tax returns.

To delete the PP Averaging calculation from the tax estimate, manually edit the estimate to display the correct values. See Editing a tax estimate manually
