In MYOB Accountants Office (AO) when printing to PDF, you may experience the document printing instead of being saved if:

the registration needs to be updated
-
you have insufficient rights to the Accountants Office (AO) folder
-
HP PDF Complete is installed. This program is incompatible with Accountants Office printer drivers.
Follow the steps below until you can save the PDF.
To update the registration
See Running the Register.BAT utility file.
If you complete all the steps and you still can't print to PDF, contact MYOB support for further help.
