In MYOB Practice Manager (PM) you may experience on a Windows 10 machine the error "Timesheet Constructor Error: The DateTime represented by the string is not supported in calendar System.Globalization.GregorianCalendar".

To resolve this error check the Regional Settings to ensure the language, location and date format is set correctly.

Error: "Timesheet Constructor Error: String is not recognised as a valid DateTime" explains the short date requirement for AE.

In addition, to ensure that there are no issues with dates when printing invoices from AE, check the language option in Word.  This can be located in Word using the menu path: Word > Options > Language > make English AU the Default and remove any entry for English US.
