Deleting comments from an account

To delete comments from an account
  1. Open the workpapers period. See Opening an existing period. The Prepare Trial Balance (Workpapers) table is displayed.
  2. Right-click the comment icon for the selected account.
  3. Select Delete comments. A Delete confirmation message is displayed.
  4. Click Yes to delete the comment.
