Emailing financial statements
You can email your financial statement as a Word, Excel or PDF document to your client. You can edit the recipient, subject and email body before sending the email.
To email a financial statement

Go the the Client Accounting Reports tab, select a report and click Preview Reports at the bottom. See Previewing financial statements.

On the Report Preview window toolbar, click Send via E-mail
to send a PDF copy, or click the drop-down to select PDF, Microsoft Word or Excel. The email is opened in your email program.

Review and edit the email as necessary.

If an email address is defined for the client in MYOB AE, it'll be added to the To field.

The email Subject contains the client name and financial period for which the financial statements have been produced.

Click Send.
