Filtering the Chart of Accounts

A filter can be used to display certain accounts in the Chart of Accounts table. The filtering menu is located at the bottom of the Chart of Accounts table.

The available filter options are:

• Display all accounts — show all accounts regardless of whether they have been allocated.

• Display unallocated accounts only — show only those accounts which have not been allocated to an account group.

• Display duplicated accounts only — show only those accounts which have mistakenly been allocated to more than one account group. This filter is used to correct the allocation.

Click the Include zero balances checkbox to include those accounts with zero balances.
