The properties of report variables — account group balances and paragraph text — can be viewed in the Value Properties window. If the variable’s inclusion in the report is conditional, the condition(s) which have been satisfied are also displayed.
To view the value properties

Preview the financial statement for the client. See Previewing financial statements. The Report Preview window opens.

Find the variable for which properties are to be viewed. Place the cursor over the value. The pointer changes to

Right-click on the variable.
