Checking your contact directory mappings

This help topic describes how to check your contact directory mappings.

 

To confirm your contact document directory structure

  1. Open the Document Migration Wizard. See Using the Document Migration Wizard.

  2. Ensure that you have completed Configuring the contact document location and structure and previous sections.

  3. Ensure that you are on the Validate contact documents directory mappings page.

  4. Check the Summary of the mappings and correct any Validations, if necessary.

  5. Click Back to go back to the Contact documents - directory structure page, if required to edit any fields.

  6. Click Next. The Migrated documents additional details page opens.

Proceed to Additional details for migrated documents.
