Licensing MYOB PDF Manager

When you first install MYOB PDF Manager it will run for a 30-day trial period without being licensed. After that period you must enter your licence details.

To purchase licences for PDF Manager, contact your MYOB client manager.

MYOB recommends that you save your licence file to a location that can be accessed by all users if you use a network. All users need to browse to this location from their machine, so we recommend that you don't move this licence file.

If you exceed the number of licensed users, an error message will list the machines that are using this licence.


To obtain and store the licence file
  1. Click Help > Licence MYOB PDF Manager.
  2. Contact MYOB Support.
  3. Read the serial number to MYOB Support.They will give you a registration code.
  4. Enter the Registration code.
  5. Enter the number of users.
  6. Click the ellipsis beside Save to.The Specify a location to save the licence file window opens.
  7. Navigate to a location and click Save.
  8. Click OK.
  9. Advise users of the location.
To add the licence file to a workstation
  1. Click Help > Licence MYOB PDF Manager.
  2. Under Locate existing licence, click the ellipsis. The Locate existing licence file window opens.
  3. Navigate to where your practice has stored the lincense file and click Open, then click OK.
