Deleting job type templates

Accountants Enterprise with Practice Manager only

Individual Job Type Templates can be deleted from the system at any time, but only if it is not being used.

A job type template cannot be deleted if it is used elsewhere in the system.

To delete a job type template

  1. Select Maintenance > Maintenance Map > Job type > Job Type Templates. The Maintenance — Job Types page opens.

  2. Select the row containing the job type template to be deleted. The row is highlighted.

  3. Press [ Delete ]. An Important System Information message is displayed requesting confirmation of the deletion.

  4. Click Yes to proceed with the deletion and to close the prompt. The template is deleted.

  5. Click OK to save the changes and close the Maintenance — Job Types page.
