Running reports from Favourites

To run an individual report
  1. Select Reports > Favourites on the toolbar.
  2. Select the report you want to run.
  3. Click Run report on the Tasks bar. The Report Fields window opens.
  4. Specify a Start and End Date.
    Enter the date in the format dd/mm/yyyy or select it from the drop-down calendar.
  5. Enter or select a Filter for each Field from the drop-down.
  6. Click OK. The selected report is run and displayed.
To run reports from a report set (AE)
  1. Select Reports > Favourites on the toolbar.
  2. Select the report set you want to run.
  3. Click Run reports from report set on the Tasks bar. The Run Reports window opens.
  4. To select reports, click the checkbox beside each required report under Select the reports to be run.

    Select a report in the list and use Move Up and/or Move Down to change the order in which the reports will print or preview.

  5.  Click Next.
  6. Specify a Start and End Date.
    Enter the date in the format dd/mm/yyyy or select it from the drop-down calendar.
  7. Enter or select a Filter for each Field from the drop-down list for the selected reports
  8. Select either Preview reports or Print reports.
  9. Click Next.
    1. If you selected Preview reports, each report is displayed in its own window.
    2. If you selected Print reports, all reports are sent to the selected printer and printed.
  10. Click Finish. To close the Run Reports window.
