In MYOB AE Document Manager (DM) you may see the error "The Accountants Enterprise application you have chosen does not contain Document Manager version 5.4.*.* " when running the DM_Config.exe to update your DM file store.

This error can happen if the KBShareIt.exe file is missing in the Deploy folder (MYOBAE\AESQL\Central\Deploy) on the server after an upgrade.

To resolve this issue, run a repair of the installer on your Server.

After running the repair, navigate to the Deploy(MYOBAE\AESQL\Central\Deploy) folder to make sure KBShareIT.exe file exists.

As a quick fix, support can send a copy of the KBShareIT.exe file to the client if they are on the same version.
