The back-page information includes:

• Agent contact details.

• Public officer details

• Hours taken to complete the return.

This information pre-fills into a newly created return from the:

• details provided when creating the return and completing the Return Properties (refer to Customising Return Properties 2023)

• details in the Control Record for the Practice (refer to Setting up your Control Record Properties 2023)

• agent's record attached to the return (refer to Maintenance in Tax 2023 maintenance).

For a return that is rolled forward from the previous year's tax ledger the information will be derived from that return. Where names and addresses have changed since the return was lodged, those details will default from the Names and Addresses database.
