Source documents can be linked to accounts within the workpaper period to substantiate the balance of the account. If Document Manager is installed, files are linked to accounts in the period using Document Manager. If Document Manager is not installed, external files can be linked to the accounts in the period.
All documents have an associated cover page. The cover page enables progress tracking of reviewing and approving documents. When opening source documents, access the cover page first and then open the file. The source document opens in the associated application. See Using the source document cover page.
