Report Preview window

Financial statements are displayed in the Report Preview window. From this window the report can be previewed, checked for accuracy, some report options can be edited and the report can be shared by printing, emailing or exporting it.

The Report Preview window is divided into two main areas:

• Toolbar—use the buttons to print, email and export. For a full list of the toolbar options, see Report Preview window toolbar options.

• Report Preview Area—displays the report as it will be displayed when printed. Account balances can be investigated, paragraph content can be viewed and edited and value properties can be viewed. See Exploring and editing financial statements and Printing financial statements.

In the Taxation Schedule of property, plant and equipment report, you'll see ** next to depreciation rate for purchases pooled. This is part of an upcoming feature and currently has no impact on the rates.
