Viewing and editing the source document properties

From within the source document cover page, the source document properties which have been configured for the document can be viewed and edited. Use the Properties button on the cover page toolbar to access the source document properties.

Only the document rollover options can be edited.

To view and edit the source document properties

  1. Open the source document cover page. See Opening an existing period. The Prepare Trial Balance (Workpapers) table is displayed.

  2. Click Properties on the toolbar. The Workpaper Properties window opens.

  3. Edit the source document properties as necessary. Only the document rollover options can be edited.

  4. Click OK to save the changes or Cancel to close the window without saving.
