You can search for particular words within a report.
To find a word in a report

Follow the directions in Running reports, bypassing any filters so that you display all records.

In the Report Preview window, click

Enter a value that you want to search for in the Find what: field.

Click Find Next.
When Reports locates the word/s, the word is temporarily displayed in grey.

Click Find Next again to locate other instances of the word/s.

When you have finished searching, click Cancel or close the Find window.
