Job management reporting area
Practice Manager only
The Job Management reporting area reports on the jobs that are being managed within the Job Manager application. Whilst most practices simply report directly from the Job Manager homepage, reports can be produced to measure actual amounts against budget.

Assignment billing timetable | AE | The Assignment Billing Timetable reporting area is used to produce reports that are focused on the billing timetable information set up for assignments. The reports from this area can be used to view the proposed billing timetable for assignments. |
Job management | AE/AO | The Job Management reporting area reports on the jobs that are being managed within the Job Manager application. Whilst most practices simply report directly from the Job Manager homepage, reports can be produced to measure actual amounts against budget. |
Job list | AO | The Job List reporting area is used to produce reports based on the data set up for jobs. This includes full lists of every job attached to clients within the practice and their associated status of open, held or closed. This reporting area also delivers additional information about jobs such as who is responsible for particular jobs, which offices and departments they are attached to and any extra information for each job. The reports from this area can be used to ensure that all relevant data, such as who is responsible for a particular job, has been added to all jobs. This area does not include financial data. |
