The Standing Data reporting area delivers reports that detail master paragraphs that have been set up as standard for the practice. It contains reports that detail the documents that have been saved against clients and (AE) assignments or (AO) jobs using the Documents tab.
When reviewing the configuration of the system it is often necessary to print lists of the master paragraphs used for billing. These lists can be printed from here.
The document reports can give a practice administrator an overview of where documents are saved on the network.
The Document reporting area is used to produce reports that contain documents created in the system filtered by client, contact, (AE) assignments or (AO) jobs.
The Master Paragraph reporting area is used to produce reports that contain all of the billing paragraphs defined for the practice.
