Using the Table of Contents

The

TOC button
 TOC (Table of Contents) enables easy navigation via the grouping you have within a report.

The table of contents is only present when a report includes at least one group.

Ensure you are in the Report Preview window using the directions in Running reports.

To use the Table of Contents
  1. Click

    TOC button
    . The Contents view displays beside the report preview.

  2. Click any of the data items listed in the contents view to go to that section of the report. You can click

    Close TOC
     in the top right corner of the Contents view area to close the TOC at any time.

  3. Click

    Close TOC
    . To close the Report Preview window and return to the Reports window.
