Previewing reports from the Report Designer

Accountants Enterprise in Australia only

To preview a report from Report Designer (on the Reports tab)

  1. Open the Report you want to preview from the tree list in the Explorer pane of the Reports tab in the Reporter window.

  2. Click the Preview button http://adhelp.myob.com/AU/AE/Help/Reporter/images/Previewing_reports_from_the_Report_Designer.1.png  on the Report Editor window toolbar. A progress bar appears and the Report Editor window changes to the Preview view, displaying the selected Report.

    • To move between pages in the Preview, use the arrows on the toolbar. or type a page number in http://adhelp.myob.com/AU/AE/Help/Reporter/images/image62.gif .

    • To return to the Design view, click the Design button http://adhelp.myob.com/AU/AE/Help/Reporter/images/Previewing_reports_from_the_Report_Designer.3.png on the toolbar.
