This support note applies to:
- AE Tax Series 6 & 8 (AU)
- AE Tax (AU)
- AO Tax (AU)
In MYOB Tax, you may see duplicate Activity Statements listed in the client's tax returns tab. You'll not be able to lodge these Activity statements from the Lodgement Manager homepage.
If you have created an Activity Statement using the Creating an activity statement for a client not on the obligations homepage:
- you may not be able to lodge these activity statements from the lodgment manager homepage and
- the activity statements are listed twice in the client's tax returns tab.
We're aware of this issue and working on a solution.
In the meantime to fix the issue:
You'll need to reset the lodgment history of the activity statement
After you've reset the lodgement history, refresh the client's tax returns tab and you'll see only one activity statement listed.
You'll now be able to complete and lodge the statement.
