In MYOB AE version 5.4.27, you may notice that when creating emails from AE/AO via DM or PM it takes a long time (up to 10 minutes) for the draft to open in Outlook.
This issue can occur when AE/AO is running in elevated mode. This can occur when some of the workstation files have not updated at following locations.

If you are running 5.4.27 version, the workstation files should be dated March 2018.
If the files are not updated, perform a workstation install.
