Error: "42. All the pages in the database are in use. You need to expand the file"

Make sure you know what you're doing and are using one of the products listed. If you're not sure, ask your IT professional or MYOB.
In MYOB Accountants Enterprise (AE) you may see the error "Environment error 42. All the pages in the database are in use. You need to expand the file".
This message can also be followed by "Environment error 4011. Failed to insert a database record; a record already exists.".
The most common occurrence of these errors is when entering timesheets.
To clear the error message, exit from AE and run the Database Maintenance utility as described below.
