Error: "Environment error 42. All the pages in the database are in use"

When opening Accountants Enterprise (AE) Tax, you may see the error "Environment error 42. All the pages in the database are in use. You need to expand the file"

This is followed by the error "Environment error 4011. Failed to insert a database record; a record already exists".

To fix this error
  1. Ensure all users are out of MYOB Accountants Enterprise by running the Application Finder utility. For details see Running Application Finder.
  2. Stop the Integrity.exe process. For details see Stopping and starting Integrity.
  3. Run Database Maintenance from the data server console. For details see Running Database Maintenance in MYOB Accountants Enterprise.

Once the Database Utility has finished running, open an AE Tax return to confirm the error no longer occurs.
