This support note applies to:
- AE Practice Manager (AU)
- AE Tax Series 6 & 8 (AU)
- AE Accounts (AU)
In MYOB Accountants Entprise Practice Manager (AE PM) you may experience an issue when attempting to launch Client Compliance for a single client and in addition, you are unable to add a BAS, FBT, Tax Return or Accounts Ledger.
In this instance, you when click on the Client Compliance, BAS, FBT, TAX or Accounts links, the hourglass comes up briefly, then goes away, with no error message. This most commonly occurs when you add a new client to AE PM while integration to the compliance applications was disabled or not working.
If integration is currently running correctly, refresh the client details in AE PM, and this process transfers the client details into the Compliance database, allowing the compliance applications to open correctly.

If the issue persists after refreshing individual client details
This means that there is a problem with the integration components, where one or more components are not running correctly. For more details regarding how to check whether the integration components are running correctly refer to Checking, restarting and stopping Admin Centre services and background processes
If you cannot open the Client Compliance window for any client in AE PM on a single workstation, but you can on other workstations, the setup of that workstation could be incorrect. You can identify this by the old icons of My Work, Employees or Configuration appearing under the Start > Programs > MYOB Accountants Enterprise menu. To correct this, run a workstation setup for MYOB Accountants Enterprise. For more details refer to Running a Contacts or Client Compliance workstation setup for details.
Once the workstation setup has completed, the My Work, Employees or Configuration are replaced by the Client Compliance menu.
