Linking documents
In Document Manager, you can insert links between different types of documents for different reasons.
Linking enables you to group together related or associated documents. These can be documents for the same contact or for associated contacts. You can also link documents produced using MYOB software with documents produced using some third party software (for example, Microsoft Word).
Links to other documents in Document Manager and to MYOB Intranet standards are displayed with a hyperlinked document title.
For example, you may want to insert links within a document to other documents. You may have a business checklist, for instance, for commonly completed tasks in your practice. You could include links to related documents, such as Intranet standards and completed as part of the process. These links would speed up the process of finding and completing the related working documents.
