Error: "Return argument has an invalid type"

In MYOB Document Manager (DM) you may experience the following error "Return argument has an invalid type"  when opening or saving documents within DM after a server migration or upgrade to a new version.

To resolve this error you will need to run the DM_Config.exe on the server where the data resides, known as the Filestore Server.

MYOB recommends running this utility when users are logged out

of all MYOB products.

If the error is only occurring when saving emails you may not be running the current workstation version of MYOB Document Manager.  Reinstall MYOB Document Manager workstation on the affected machines.
