ASIC forms history
You won't be able to use either software after 31 March 2024. Learn what this means for you
The ASIC Forms tab in the Corporation module displays all ASIC forms that have been produced after completing a workflow wizard (see Workflow wizards). These forms also display in batches on the Lodgement History screen (see Lodgement history).
For example, if the Appoint or cease officers wizard has been used to appoint an officer to a corporation, an ASIC form 362 will open on the ASIC Forms screen. The associated documents that are generated by completing a wizard (minutes, etc.) display on the corporation’s Documents screen (see Tools).
The forms in this screen are assigned the following statuses:
Status | Description |
---|---|
Accepted | The form has been lodged, the validation report has been received and ASIC has accepted the form. The batch it was sent in can also be viewed from the Lodgement history screen in the Lodgement module. See Lodgement history. |
Accepted — awaiting data | The form has been lodged and the transmission report has been received from ASIC. The batch it was sent in can also be viewed from the Lodgement history screen in the Lodgement module. See Lodgement history. |
Generated Invalid | The form has been generated, but it contains an error. It can also be viewed from the In Progress screen in the ASIC Forms module. |
Generated Unsigned | The form has been generated, but it has not yet been signed. It can also be viewed from the In Progress screen in the ASIC Forms module. |
Generated Valid | The form has been generated and it is ready to be lodged from the Lodgement module (see Forms lodgement). It can also be viewed from the In Progress screen in the ASIC Forms module. |
Lodged | The form has been lodged with ASIC. If it was lodged electronically, the batch it was sent in can also be viewed from the Lodgement history screen in the Lodgement module. See Lodgement history. |
Lodgement Rejected | The form has been lodged, the validation report has been received but ASIC has rejected the form. The batch it was sent in can also be viewed from the Lodgement history screen in the Lodgement module (see Lodgement history). You can then update the form and resend it (see Updating forms). |
Migrated | The form has been migrated from CSS. |
Received form | The form has been received from ASIC. |
Rejected, re-generated | Having been previously rejected by ASIC, the form has been updated and lodged again. |
