From the Capital screen you can maintain share and shareholder details using the following functions:

View share issue details (see Shares & units held)
Change amounts paid (see Changing amounts paid to shares)
Add share issues (see Adding share issues)
Change share issues (see Changing share issues)
Delete share issues (see Deleting shares issued)
Notify the issue of shares (see Notifying ASIC of share issues)
(AE) Add, edit and delete share dividends (see Maintaining share dividends).

This screen is not available for corporations which cannot issue shares (i.e., are limited by guarantee).

To view a corporation’s shares

Select and open the corporation. See Selecting a corporation. The corporation opens at the Details tab.
Click the Capital tab. The Capital screen opens.
Select
Show share issue transactions. The various shares tasks on the Task Bar are enabled.
To return to the Corporations selection list, click Close.
