Opening documents
To open a document from the search results
- Search for the documents. See Full text searching, Searching all documents, or Searching for specific documents.
Click the hyperlinked title of the document that you want to open from the results list. The program in which the document was created automatically launches, displaying the document content. The opened document is locked by you.
If the document is already checked out (locked) by another user or if the status of the document is Complete or Approved, the document will open in read only mode.
