More info about your error

You can use the Prefill Error Report window to learn more about the error. The window:

            • shows you the error code

      • explains why you might be seeing the error

      • suggests how to fix the error.

To fix your PLS error

  1. When you see an error during the pre-fill process, click the link in the error. The Prefill Error Report window appears.

  2. Read through the information in the Prefill Error Report window to learn more about the error and its fix.
