Name |
The name (or title) of the item. This is maintained in Document properties. |

The description of the item. This is maintained in Document properties. |

Stationery |
If the item has been configured as a Stationery documents, this is shown with Yes in the Stationery column of the Administration Item View. |

Date |
The date the item was added or last updated. |
|
Status |
The Status of the item which can be Published, Draft or Deleted. Only published items will be available for use in MYOB Intranet. |
