The purpose of this Interim Compatibility Statement is to advise those products that have been tested and the known issues discovered so an informed decision can be made about whether to install this Microsoft Office 2013 32-bit or 64-bit.
As part of our environment compatibility process, MYOB has tested and evaluated the use of Microsoft Office 2013 with the latest versions of MYOB products.
Based on our testing, and with the release of AE Practice Manager 5.4.4, DM 4.0.6 & AO 2013.1, Microsoft Office 32-bit & 64-bit has now been tested as compatible with these version of the MYOB software.
A number of our products have conditional compatibility with Microsoft 2013 32-bit and 64-bit. Listed below are issues that have been identified when using some MYOB products with Microsoft Office 2013. Where applicable, a solution or work-around is also provided.
Integrated Release version 6 and version 8 are compatible with Microsoft Office 2013 32-bit only. The installation of Integrated Release 6.41 and 8.25 (and later) will prevent the installation of the software on systems running Microsoft Office 2013 64-bit.
The minimum versions of MYOB AccountRight that are compatible with Microsoft Office 2013 32-bit are MYOB AccountRight 2013.2 and AccountRight v19.9. MYOB AccountRight software is not currently compatible with Microsoft Office 2013 64-bit.
As each practice is unique, we recommend reading the issues identified and assessing if Office 2013 is appropriate for use. Our findings have been broken into 3 sections - Products that are compatible, Products that are compatible with 32 bit only and Products that are not compatible.

If you are using MYOB Classic Accountants Office products for either tax or general ledger, please refer to the AO Classic section in the table below for additional information.
If you have come from Integrated Release Version 8, please note MYOB have not completed compatibility testing on this product. Until Office 2013 testing is complete on Integrated Release Version 8, MYOB are unable to support Office 2013 for this product mix.
