Issues when opening or exporting Financial report graphs from AO GL and Office 2013

This support note applies to:

• AO Classic General Ledger (AU)

When opening a financial report graph from AO, a blank spreadsheet will open. Additionally, when trying to export a graph, a fatal error may occur or the graph exports with blurred and overlapping text.

MYOB has identified this as a known issue with Accountants Office and Office 2013 and will be rectified in a AO 16.0.3.
