Error: "Utility file has stopped working" when exporting a report to Word 2013 or Excel 2013

In MYOB Accountants Enterprise (AE) Reporter 3.3 you may receive the error "Utility file has stopped working" when exporting a Reporter report to Word 2013 or Excel 2013. A further error "MAPI error" may also appear.

This error occurs with Reporter 3.3 when interacting with Office 2013. To successfully export correctly to Word 2013 or Excel 2013 you need to progress through any error messages that occur.
