MYOB Compatibility with Microsoft products and technologies

This support note applies to all Accountants Office/Accountants Enterprise products (AU & NZ)

As a technology company, MYOB consistently aims to test its products on all the latest platforms, including Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, SQL Server, and Office products. This also means that as technologies become outdated, MYOB will no longer test and support them. New Outlook for Windows

In certain versions of Windows, you can toggle between the new Outlook and classic Outlook. If you have Document Manager and are using the new Outlook, the DM Addin will not work. Make sure you’re using classic Outlook for DM Addin to work.
