Compatibility of MYOB AE and AO applications with Server 2016
This support note applies to ALL MYOB AE/AO and Practice products
As part of our environment compatibility process, MYOB has tested and evaluated the use of Microsoft Server 2016 with the latest versions of MYOB products. Testing was carried out for both Remote Desktop Services and client/server configurations with Windows 10 workstations.
Compatibility Status as at June 2017
A standard installation of the latest versions of MYOB products was performed on Microsoft Server 2016 and basic functionality for each product was tested on Server 2016 and Windows 10 once installed. Where applicable, SQL Server 2014 and 2016 were also tested with these products.
The compatibility testing on Server 2016 has been completed for most products and subject to conditions listed below; MYOB certifies the use of these MYOB products (latest version as at 15 June 2017 or newer unless specified below) with Microsoft Server 2016.
MYOB does not supply general IT support for Microsoft Operating Systems as part of the MYOB Sales & Service Agreement as this is the area of specialty of IT Professional.
