Styles can be used to set the font and configure how the headers, footers and balances are displayed in the financial statements.
The available options are:
Style Set — pre-configured styles which determine how the headers, footers and balances are displayed in the financial statements.
Font — select the font to use in the financial statements.
To select the style options
- Access the practice or client’s report options. See Accessing report options. The Report Options window opens.
Select the pre-configured style set on the Style Set drop-down.
You can select either a master style sets or one of your custom practice style sets.
Select the font on the Font drop-down.
Click OK to save the changes.
To preview the style options
- Access the practice or client’s report options. See Accessing report options. The Report Options window opens.
- Click Preview Style Options. After selecting a style set and / or font on the Report Options window.The Preview a style set window opens. The style set and font can be changed and previewed from the Preview a style set window.
- Select a new style set on the Style set drop-down.
- Select a font on the Font drop-down. The preview updates to show the style and font of the new selection.
- Click OK to save any changes. Click Cancel to close the window without saving changes.
