Error: "System Release runtime loader has stopped working" when exporting a MAS report to PDF

In MYOB Accountants Enterprise MAS (AE MAS) when exporting a report which was generated from MAS in a Windows 8 or Server 2012 environment to PDF, you may receive the error "System Release runtime loader has stopped working". The Problem Signature shows the Problem Event Name: APPCRASH.

To create a PDF of the report, export the report from MAS to a Microsoft Word document then open the word document and save the report as a PDF file.

Although we have identified this as an issue, no further release of AE MAS is scheduled and therefore this issue will not be addressed.
