Viewing your IRD Download History

Accountants Enterprise only

You can view information about the IRD downloads and their status in the IRD download history window.

To open the IRD download history

Go to Maintenance > Tax > View IRD Download History. The IRD download history window appears displaying the details of the downloads, which includes:
- the Agency the download was for
- Start date and time
- Finish date and time
- Type of download
- Result
- Client
- Comment.
Click Close. The IRD download history window closes.
