Viewing draft bills for the practice

Practice Manager only

To view draft bills for the practice

  1. Click Billing on the toolbar.

    or

    Select Billing > Draft Bills from the toolbar.

  2. The Draft Bills page opens.

  3. Search for the draft bill. You can search for the draft bill in a number of ways:

    1. Enter a Draft No. (if known) or enter search criteria and click Search.

    2. Enter a Draft Date range and click Search.

    3. Click the ellipse button to open Find Companies window. Enter search criteria and click Search.

  4. Click Search with no search criteria to list all draft bills. Drafts that meet the search criteria are listed on the Draft Bills page.

  5. Double-click the required draft bill’s Draft No. The bill opens in the Billing Main window for you to view.
