Viewing comments in a workpaper

To view a comment

  1. Open the workpapers period. See Opening an existing period. The Prepare Trial Balance (Workpapers) table is displayed.

  2. Open a workpaper. See Opening workpapers. The specific workpaper window opens.

  3. Find the comment to be viewed in the workpaper.

  4. Place the cursor over the  http://adhelp.myob.com/AU/AE/Help/Client_Accounting/images/Workpapers_UserGuide_Workpaper_Icon_comment.png icon. A comment box opens for you to read the comment.

To show or hide all comments

  1. Open the workpapers period. SeeOpening an existing period. ThePrepare Trial Balance (Workpapers) table is displayed.

  2. Open a workpaper. See Opening workpapers. The specific workpaper window opens.

  3. Click Show all comments on the toolbar. The comment boxes for all comments on the workpaper are displayed.

  4. Click Hide all comments on the toolbar. The comment boxes for all comments on the workpaper are hidden.
