Opening multiple documents | MYOB Practice Support

In the Prepare Trial Balance (Workpapers) table, multiple documents can be selected and opened at one time. All source documents have an associated cover page. The cover page allows you to view the progress of reviewing and approving documents. When opening multiple documents, the cover page of each document opens first. The document can then be opened from the cover page.

How to open multiple documents

Open the workpapers period. See Opening an existing period. The Prepare Trial Balance (Workpapers) table is displayed.
Click the checkboxes of all the workpapers or documents to be opened in the table.

An alternative way of opening multiple documents from the Prepare Trial Balance (Workpapers) table is to click View all workpapers on the Tasks bar. In the Trial Balance (Workplaces) window, click the checkboxes of all the documents to be opened and click Open workpaper. Each document will open in a new window.
Click Open workpaper on the Tasks bar.

For documents, the cover page of each selected document opens in a new window. Click the Open button to open the document. The document will then open in the associated application. The selected multiple workpapers will each be opened in a new window. See Using the source document cover page.
