Viewing all who share an address

To view all clients/contacts/(AE) suppliers sharing an address

Open the Maintain Contact Addresses window. See Opening the Maintain Contact Addresses window.
The Maintain Contact Addresses window opens, with the address details of the selected client/contact/(AE) supplier displayed.
In the Address table, select the address you are interested in. The address details are displayed.
Click View Address Links. The Contacts sharing address window opens listing the address, the number of contacts using this address and details of its usage by contacts and address types.
Click Close when finished.
