GST Settings differ to IRD | Due to the IRD temporarily stopping transmission of GST data, this alert has been removed from 2017.0 (version 5.4.22) onwards. It will be re-enabled once the IRD makes this data available again. This alert occurs when the GST settings defined for the client (on the Client page Tax tab) does not match the data downloaded from the IRD. |
Provisional basis differs to ratio setting Provisional basis differs to AIM setting | This alert occurs when the method used to calculate the provisional tax (using the Provisional Tax Calculator) does not match the Ratio method or AIM method setting on the Client page Tax tab. This may be OK if the client recently changed methods, so you may not need to resolve the alert. |
Some payments have not been confirmed | This alert occurs when payment transactions created when you created a tax notice have not been confirmed as being received by the IRD. Tax Manager will show these payment transactions with an Expected status. |
